The lower sleeve is a double layer of black over cream net, cut as one in a square with a single radiused corner. The two layers are gathered together around the radiused corner and joined to the upper sleeve at the elbow. The black net has a narrow double fold hem with a row of black sequins sewn over it. The cream net is finished with a small pleated ruffle sewn to the edges.
