The chapel bodice is waist length with long sleeves and closely fitted with seams from the armholes to the waist on the front and back. The front also has vertical darts from the waist and fastens at center front with satin-covered buttons and hand-worked thread buttonholes. The neck edge is finished with a small corded piping and lace collar. Worth’s signature double corded piping is used at the waist edge.
