Silver Warwick-style cruet stand with cast base, rings around a central shaft with finial and hinged handle, four shell-shaped feet holding two glass bottles with silver stoppers, silver caster, silver salt cellar, salt breaker, and silver pepper cellar, and decorated with the Cockcroft crest. Inscription: Engraved with Cockcroft family crest on front of stand. Mark: On stand: J H. On base of castor 37.202F : J D / [date letter r.] / [lion passant] / [crowned leopard's head]. On cellar 37.202H: [lion passant] / [leopard's head] / [date letter o]. On base of 37.202L: [lion passant] / [crowned leopard's head] / [date letter o] / [maker's mark].
