Monture of amber tortoise shell or celluloid; sticks plain, the outer eight ribs applied on top of leaf, inlaid with silver foil (piqué), and cut to match floral pattern; brass rivet; tortoise shell button and loop. B: Cardboard box with hinged lid, covered with cream satin; lid lined with same, stamped in gold: Ernest Kees / Fabrique d'Éventails / 28 Rue de Quatre Septembre Paris.
