Folding feather fan in aqua ostrich

Clipped aqua blue ostrich feathers. Monture of faux tortoise shell; textured gilt metal loop, white metal pin. Paper hang tag (not shown in photograph) stamped: Made in France. Intended to be used as a hand prop by debutante participating in the Junior League "Winter Ball", held in the grand ballroom of the Waldorf Astoria.
