Description
Caster with seamed body, applied drawn moldings at base, midband, and lip, applied flared circular foot, lip molding cut away in two places to accommodate bayonet fasteners of cover, gadrooning of cover a separate piece soldered to sleeve, turned finial pinned through cover and soldered, and fasteners of cover stamped with "eye." Inscription: Engraved on base in block caps: CEF(E?). Mark: Struck on base: IB / [quatrefoil in shield.]
