Souvenir spoon with insignia of the 23rd Infantry of the New YorkState National Guard at handle tip and image of the Central Park Armory in bowl. Image of two United States flags draped around handle obverse and reverse with butt of rifle below flags on handle obverse. Marked by E.G. Webster & Son sold to International Silver Company in 1928. Inscription: On handle obverse: 23 / Vigilantia N.G. S. N.Y. Mark: Marked on handle reverse: E.G.W. & SON / STERLING.
