Description Photographs profiling three New York bachelors: George Sleicher, an artist; Tom Johnston, an publicity agent; and Dr. Horn, a dentist. They are depicted at work and at home where they eat meals, play with children, exercise, work, and talk on the telephone. Also depicts them attending meetings of the bachelors' social club Anchor and Saber Club, which includes picnics, beach outings, and dances where they socialize with various women. Date of assignment September-October 1951. Many prints are duplicates of negatives, but there are some unique images in both formats. Negative frames: 416, Contact print frames: 568
Includes several pages of interoffice memos detailing the three men profiled and ideas for the story.
