Description Mr. Wallack’s series of performances will be limited. “The Merchant of Venice” is arranged to be given in four acts –ending with the celebrated trial scene. The band will perform a variety of new and beautiful overtures, polkas, waltzes, etc., just received from Europe. Leader, Signor La Manna. To conclude with, first time here, a petite-comedy, “Love and Charity”. Friday, will be presented for the third time this season, Tobin’s splendid five-act comedy, “The Honey Moon”. To conclude with “Love and Charity”. Saturday, will be presented the celebrated play in five acts, “The Stranger”. To conclude with, for the third time this season, the charming petite-comedy, “Used Up”.
