Sugar bowl from tea service with raised inverted pyriform body on stepped circular base, repoussé-chased with floral, scroll, and shell ornament. Scalloped lip, S-scroll handles, and loose cover with acorn finial. Inscription: Engraved on body, within reserve: AMB / Jany. 1st 1849. Mark: Marked twice on underside: Z. BOSTWICK. Marked on twice underside: [anchor in oval] / Z/B / [profile head.]
