Description Sugar bowl from tea service with raised round melon-reeded body. Reeds interspersed with repoussé-chased arrows. Stepped circular base and die-rolled border of cornucopias, shells, and flowers in four sizes inserted at lip, shoulder, foot, and base. S-scroll handle, domed cover with repoussé-chased ornament, and cast finial in form of baskets of flowers soldered in place. Inscription: Engraved on body, in script: ET. Mark: Marked on underside: G. BOYCE.
