Description There is no theater in the world so cool and pleasant as this, it has a perfect and a natural ventilation, the sides and roof being full of windows and skylights. Dress circle, 37 1/2 cents. Upper boxes, 25 cents. Pit, 12 1/2 cents. Dance by Mr. C. Hart. After which the comedy of "The Irishman in London". To conclude with the drama of "The Siege of Tripoli; or, The Yankee Tar in Algiers". During the piece the celebrated Star-Spangled Banner concert, by Harry and the Dey. In preparation, a drama founded on Galt's novel of "Lawrie Todd", to be entitled "The Nailmaker & Seedsman of New-York".
