Description Late of Laura Keene's Theatre, formerly leader of Jullien's renowned band, musical director at Niblo's Garden, leader of the first promenade concerts ever given in London at the Lyceum under Signor Negri, next under Orsini, then with the celebrated Musard, and now conductor of a choice orchestra at the most magnificent garden ever opened to the public in America. Also, a splendid display of fireworks by Edge. The program will be changed for each concert. Thomas Baker's music is published and sold by Firth, Pond & Co., 547 Broadway. Another grand gala night! The splendid program will be repeated on Tuesday night, August 31, 1858. The drum corps of the 71st Regiment will assist as before, and the Messrs. Edge will give a most magnificent display of fireworks. Concerts on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings under the direction of Mr. Thomas Baker. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings, under the direction of Harvey B. Dodworth. Holders of family season tickets are notified that the privilege heretofore extended to them will be continued. Their tickets admitting them on Mr. Dodworth's concert nights. Admittance, 25 cents. The ices and creams are made by Mr. Contoits, foreman, under the supervision of Mr. E. V. Clark. De Forest & Tisdale, proprietors.
