Description
Mrs. Hudson Kirby, the Boston favorite, will make her third appearance in New York, in the character of Ophelia. The performance will conclude with a new farce written expressly for this theater, called “Wanted: A Happy Family”. Tomorrow, Thursday, Edwin Booth will appear in his celebrated character of Sir Giles Overreach, in Massinger’s great play of “A New Way to Pay Old Debts”. Mrs. Hudson Kirby will also appear. Friday, benefit of Edwin Booth, “Richard III”. Dress circle, 50 cents. Upper circle, 25 cents. Balcony and secured seats, 75 cents. Orchestra chairs, $1.00.
