Circular waste bowl on stepped circular foot, edged with applied gadrooning at rim and edge of foot. Inscription: Engraved on body: CHJ / 1923 / TPEJ. Engraved on other side of body: ESB / 1946. Mark: Struck on underside of base around center punch: W. Thomson / 1833 / New York / 1833.
