"Africa Speaks" caftan, red wool challis ground printed with royal blue, yellow, green, red and turquoise paisley, paisley medallions and yellow flowers; full-length; stand-up collar; elbow-length square-cut cape, wrapping to hip level and concealing separate bare back; cape edged in printed royal blue border with navy blue patent oilcloth fringe loops; center front bust roundel embellished with red bakelite ovoid links and ruby/cobalt/green wire-wrapped stone droplets; snap closure center back collar; unlined.
