Description Salt-glazed stoneware "Evacuation Day Jug" with gray body, interior ochre slip, ovoid body with short neck, and thick irregular molded lip and incised rings below.  Scroll handle with over fired cobalt oxide at either end.  Front of jug decorated with an incised sketch in cobalt oxide depicting a portion of a fort, a flagpole with a partially raised British Flag, and a man on the pole with a bucket.
