Description
Two-handled drinking bowl or "Kasa" with hemispherical body on outflaring circular foot, stamped with three tiers of bosses, and ring handles attached to body below horizontal flanges shaped to resemble a cock's head and tail feathers. The center row of bosses is engraved with flowers on matte ground and the handles engraved to replicate a cock's head and tail feathers. Inscription: Engraved on bowl: E-T SR / 1747. Mark: Marked twice on base, within heart: C C / B.
