Cann with raised, tulip-shape body, S-scroll handle topped with acanthus-leaf furl, on stepped circular skimmed foot, foot and lip outlined with bright-cut scallops. Inscription: Engraved initials: "M R" in feathered bright-cut script within oval hanging from ribbon bowknot; Scratch weight on base: "oz/14/-/13". Mark: Struck on base: "TU" in rectangle and "I.V" in shield.
