Description
Tankard with slightly tapered cylindrical body, applied molded baseband, everted lip with applied molding, stepped flat-top hinged cover with engraved crenate flange opposite handle, cast corkscrew thumbpiece with leaflike incising above molded hingeplate with engraved shaped drop, and long beaded rattail below on outer surface of raised-and-soldered scroll handle which terminates in a flat oval disk ornamented with cast full-faced female mask wearing flowers in her hair. Inscription: Engraved on underside of base in block caps: "T/D*M". Mark: "B S" in heart struck once on cover and once on body near lip, left of handle.
