Sifter ladle with deep, round bowl with holes throughout, downturned handle with rounded end, and back tipt. Inscription: On handle obverse: "HFR" in script. Mark: Struck on handle reverse: "I [pellet] V" in oval, [eagle's head], and [ship with billowing sail] or letter "P".
