The lower cup interior is gilded with applied wire at rim. Inscription: Engraved on lower cap section: JJBH. Engraved inside upper reserve: H. Mark: On hinge plate: STERLING. On base of cup: STERLING /4100 / [Alvin Manufacturing Co. trademark].
