Waste bowl with raised circular bowl on circular pedestal base, base and lip outlined with applied reeded molding, bright-cut border like that of teapot at lip, and octagonal reserve and floral surround on body. Inscription: Engraved within one reserve in script: ER. Mark: Struck on pot base: I [pellet] V / [two pseudohallmarks].
