Raised baluster form cann with everted lip on stepped circular foot and cast double S-scroll handle with acanthus-leaf furl capped handle. Inscription: Engraved on underside of base in block letters: "M/AS"; Engraved on body at later date in script: "CLR". Mark: Struck on base: "MM" conjoined in shield.
