Description Circular waste bowl, or butter cooler, from tea and coffee service with strainer pierced with star design on circular molded pedestal foot, loose domed cover, beading at base and shoulder, bodies, spouts, and cover with repoussé chasing of flowers and scrolls, and cast flower finial soldered to cover attached with screw and nut. Inscription: Monogram engraved on oval applied to piece in Old English lettering: MCV. Mark: Struck on base, incuse: TIFFANY YOUNG & ELLIS / J.C.M.
