Covered sugar bowl from tea service with seamed oval body, flat bottom and applied footring, strap squared-C handles, domed cover with ball finial soldered in place, and ends of cover cut out to accommodate handles. Inscription: Engraved on body within reserve: J. Mark: Marked on inside base: I [pellet] V / [2 pseudohallmarks].
