Description Circular compote dish with gilded interior on trumpet-shaped pedestal supported by circular disk and knop flanked by three cast cabriole legs with shell knees on hoof feet, on tripod plinth, four bands of die-rolled border of guilloche centering rosettes applied at lip of bowl, juncture of bowl base and tripod, center of knob, and top of trumpet base and leg and pedestal ends extend through plinth and secured with three large and three small silver nuts. Inscription: Engraved initials on side of bowl in scripl: KBR. On plinth: 1874. Mark: Struck on underside of base: TIFFANY & CO. / 2121 / QUALITY 925-1000 / [Old English M in oval] / 2539 / Union Square.
