Description One of a pair of candelabra with paneled baluster-shaped shaft continuing to dome-shaped four-footed base, cast applied leaves at juncture of shaft and base and at throat, removable eight-light unit with shaped candle sockets and leafy bobeches on tubular arms with cast, and applied chrysanthemum sprays locks into throat of shaft. Given to Caroline C. (Daisy) Beard on the occasion of her marriage to John H. Shults, Jr. Engraved within reserve with script initials: CCS. Struck on underside of base: TIFFANY & CO. / 5727 MAKERS 3128 / STERLING SILVER / 925-1000 / M.
