Description The great original Mrs. G. C. Howard, the first lady who ever played the part, will appear in her world-renowned personation of Topsy, as performed by her over 3,500 times. Mr. G. C. Howard will appear in his original character of St. Clair. The Virginia Jubilee Singers will introduce their plantation refrains, songs and dances, giving a vivid picture of life among the lowly. Mr. L. E. Barker will appear as Marks, the Lawyer. Mr. George McDonald will appear as Uncle Tom. The beautiful and accomplished child, Little Gracie Wade, as Eva. Warren Griffin, the greatest living banjo player who was formerly a slave at Milledgeville, Georgia, before the war, will appear with the Jubilee Singers in the auction scene. 100 genuine Southern colored people who were slaves before the war, in the great plantation scene. In this scene will be introduced an old time orchestra, the banjo, the fiddle, the jaw bone, the castinets and the congo tambo, all played by genuine plantation darkies.
