Punch Bowl and Case

Circular punch bowl decorated with bands of Greek key ornament in two sizes below beading at lip, squared handles surmounted by putti on foliage platforms bolted to the rim, one putto with chisel and mallet carving a caryatid, the other with dividers and adze carving a cabinet, on footed base in form of Greek cross, all in original wood presentation case. Mark: On underside of foot, incuse: 925 Sterling / New-York.
